Hotel Development in Wyoming

Andereck Investment Properties is a hotel developer in Wyoming. We build, own and operate our hotels, as well as develop for others. Currently, we own and operate three hotels in the city of Cheyenne.
HOME 2 by HILTON. On July 6, 2023, our 88-room Home 2 opened in Cheyenne, adjacent to our Springhill Suites and Tru properties. This is the newest hotel in the Hilton system. There are over 600 Home 2 hotels operating in the U. S.

TRU by HILTON. Tru was announced as a new brand for the Hilton system in 2016. In July 2018, we opened the 90-room Hilton Tru hotel in Cheyenne. We were one of the first Tru licenses granted by Hilton. Thus, our hotel has the distinction of being the third Tru to open its doors. Today, there are 258 Tru hotels worldwide and growing.

SPRINGHILL SUITES BY MARRIOTT. The 96-room Marriott Springhill Suites hotel was constructed and opened in 2008. At the time, it was the first Marriott-branded hotel to be built in the entire state. Today there are nine Marriott properties in Wyoming.
There are 544 Springhill Suites hotels operating in the U. S.
