Gateway South Development is a 46-acre mixed-use commercial development in South Cheyenne. 

This has become Cheyenne's "hotel plaza" for travelers along I-80 and I-25.  Over 600 guest rooms, adjacent dining and fuel facilities are at the intersection of Exit 362 and I-80, making this the preferred overnight stop between Chicago and San Francisco.

The Marriott Springhill Suites Hotel (pictured right) is located at 416 West Fox Farm Road.  This 96 room hotel is one of Cheyenne's premier lodging properties.  All guest rooms are oversized suites with refrigerators, microwave ovens, work stations and those delightful Marriott beds and mattresses.

 

 

In July 2023, the new 88-room Hilton Home 2 (oictured here) opened at Gateway South.  This extended stay Hilton brand has a heated indoor pool, complimentary hot breakfast and all amenities.  There are currently 384 Home 2 hotels in the U. S. 

 

 

 

 

In 2018, Hilton Worldwide licensed a new 90-room Tru by Hilton at the Gateway South Development (pictured right).  

The Tru is located at 423 W. Fox Farm Road, directly across the street from the Marriott Springhill and the Red Lion Hotel & Conference Center. 

In the past five years, Hilton Worldwide has developed 200 Tru by Hilton hotels.  Tru is on pace to become the fastest growing new-build hotel brand in U.S. history. 

 

At 204 West Fox Farm Road, the 224 room Red Lion Hotel & Conference Center anchors Gateway South's hotel corridor.  

Originally constructed as a Holiday Inn & Conference Center, this property was totally renovated and remodeled in 2020.  It boasts one of Wyoming's largest meeting and convention areas, superb dining and banquet facilities and convenient parking for hotel guests and meeting attendees.

 

Sundance Apartments (pictured right) is an upscale apartment complex with 416 living units. Sundance amenities include clubhouse, pool, workout room, covered parking, walking trails and playground equipment. 

The complex is composed of 15 buildings on 17 lovely landscaped acres.  Construction was completed in 2016, making Sundance Cheyenne's most recently constructed unsubsidized apartment project in nearly three decades.  

Sundance has been 100% occupied for seven consecutive years!.

Andereck Investment Properties and Gateway South constructed a new Head Start School at in August, 2018 (pictured right).  This was a build-to-suit lease between Gateway South, LLC, and Laramie County Head Start.  The $3.5 million childcare facility is federally funded and provdes early learning for pre-kindergarten children.

Daycare services and educational programs support parents and guardians by caring for children of working parents.  These are most often children too young to attend school or school-aged children that require before or after school care.

Services include parenthood counseling during pregnancy and preparing children for school through age 5.

 
 
The Boys & Girls Club of Cheyenne acquired 12 acres at the south end of Gateway South for a clubhouse and athletic fields.  Gateway South LLC and Andereck Investment Properties donated 6-acres for use as outdoor athletic fields and a gymnasium.
 
In 2015, the club completed construction of an $8 million recreation facility along Jefferson Road.  The Boys & Grils Club campus has ample space for parking, meetings and indoor activities.

 

 

In 2014, our construction partners built a new 66 room Comfort Inn & Suites on a 2-acre pad at 201 West Fox Farm Road (pictured right).  Andereck Investment Properties sold the property to an owner/operator and it has been successful addition to the Gateway South Development.
